This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home, 2411-1/2 East Fifth Street, Dayton, Ohio, this 7th day of February, 1924, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [538].

1. EC: Now, we find there are some conditions that are different from those when we had this here before. Some are better. Others we find congestion has brought about different conditions in different portions of the body. We only need to keep more of the vibration that is made through the manipulation osteopathic, by Dr. Wm. A. Gravett, D.O.] and the medicinal properties for those portions of the system, and it is necessary that the vibrations of the violet ray be given, that the body may receive the equalization of the circulation and the assimilation in nerve centers and action, that the body may resist more than it has been, for under such conditions does the congestion, as at present, to the tissue of the larynx, bronchials and nasal cavities and tissue show how the congestion may react upon system. Well for the present condition that the laxative for the system create more elimination, without creating the overtaxing of the system through the mucus producing portions of the intestinal tract. That is, let that laxative be of the alkaline rather than acid condition. As this: Quantities of soda, or phosphate of soda, taken early in morning, in warm or hot water, carrying the Syrup or Extract of Sarsaparilla, and the inhalation of any stimulants for the mucus coating of throat and bronchials, that does not produce irritation or taxation of the lung cell, or of the cardiac forces and produce nausea in system. Keep the vibrations, and give them as we have given, if we would bring the best to this body, [538], present in this room.

2. (Q) Is the brace [for the tipped stomach] that the body is now using correct, and producing the correct condition? (A) Very good. Well that this be kept. This, we shall see, is not a correction that may be made in a few days, or weeks, for the system has been allowed to become so relaxed that the nerves and ligaments supporting the stomach and kidneys give with the condition; congestion only irritates. The brace as used is very good, and will correct the condition, provided the other conditions are carried out.

3. (Q) Are the medicinal properties the body is now taking prepared properly? [As given in 538-6.] (A) All correct. Very good. We need the other vibrations violet ray hand machine]. Not necessary that this be taken while the congestion is showing in the system. We only tax the excretory system by taking it at present. Be well if this would be left off until the congestion is removed somewhat from the system. Be well if the vibrations through massage or osteopathic forces be applied more regularly at the present time. Sufficient except under the present conditions, but USE the violet ray forces.
