This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 22nd day of January, 1930, in accordance with request made by self, through her husband - Mr. […], via Mr. [5417].

1. EC: This a right large place to look over!

2. We have the body here, [5415]. Now, we find there are many conditions disturbing the body. The greater disturbance that needs the first attention, has to do with the nervous system and the disorders - both as are created FROM and CREATE this disturbance; so that, in bringing about relief of a permanent nature, it will be necessary first to build a basis THROUGH which, and FROM which, one may bring about the correction OF the disturbing forces. So, in the first respect, there will be the applications for conditions as respecting EFFECTS and AFFECTATIONS. Then we may be able, with this response in the system, to bring about the corrections in the physical necessary to make a more near NORMAL functioning organism. So, effects and affectations, both, need attention. These are the disturbances as are to be met in the first application, then.

3. Then, to meet these at the present time, we would first administer those of the changes necessary that the surroundings of the body may be made in an accord with that to be administered. Change the scene, or environment, then.

4. We would then begin first with the application of that in the system as will release for the system, and for the blood supply, and for the nerve energy as is supplied through same, those of the ash - FOLLOWING same, these should be administered in the form of the electric vibratory forces in the WET battery formations, carrying into the system those of alternations in application of potashes and iodine. These may be only administered through the vibratory forces to change the effect of that assimilated in the system, FOR the correction of the disturbances as related to the nerve forces and nerve energies of the body; administering those vibrations in the manipulations, osteopathically given, that will relax those centers wherein disorders occur through the tying up of the muscular forces of the body through contraction in nerve centers and plexuses. These should be the first administrations for the body. Put the conditions - or put the body IN that position or condition where these may be applied. Then we may give further instructions. We are through for the present.

With the great number of requests on hand for physical readings, it is impractical for us to make appointments for business readings just at this time; in fact, it has been the concensus of opinion of the Board of Trustees of the Association, that it would be unwise to make business readings for those who were not directly associated with the furtherance of our work. So, these have been discontinued until we have more time for such, or unless one is on the ground and shows his willingness to become affiliated in the financing of the work itself.

We would be very glad to be of help, but being limited as we are in the number of readings we are able to give, it is impossible for us to even try to assist all the PHYSICAL requests, and of course these come first.
