EC: Yes, we have had this here before. Now, we find there is much improvement in the physical forces of the body from that as we have had before. The general depletion through the system, and the necessary functioning of the system to establish the equilibrium throughout, should be builded now with those forces as will enable the body to store reserve energy. While this should not be so much as dosing, or as continued medicating, or medicines for the body; yet these should be taken as to bring about the more NORMAL forces, revitalizing the blood supply, re-inhibiting the system, as it were, with those forces as are necessary to keep a normal force in the system, and to re-establish the normalcy for the body. We would take, then, occasionally - that is, three to four times each week, a dose of Scott’s Emulsion, see? Codliver oil emulsion. Not so much of the liver as the emulsion AND the liver extract, see?

We would also give, at least once a week, a small dose - under the direction of a physician - of the thyroid, that to assist the whole system in gaining its normal equilibrium.

Keeping in the sunlight as much as possible, playing, working, staying outdoors as much as possible, exercising outdoors as much as possible, and not TOO much of the starches - but sufficient of the proteins AND starches in diet to keep the body blood building, see? Do that.
