This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 28th day of May, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [5487].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, as we find, there are conditions that are abnormal, and with the conditions as have been apparent in the system there has arisen an acute condition; yet we would find the blood supply is not sufficient in its ability to produce proper coagulation; neither is the heart’s action in a condition for operative measures at present.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [5487], we are speaking of:

THE BLOOD SUPPLY shows the effect of the altered conditions in the pressure in heart’s action, as well as in the character of the blood supply itself; the deficiencies in the numbers in white blood to PRODUCE coagulation; yet there has been cysts formed through accumulations in the left side. These are from adhesions, and have become acute through the tissue thickening and through the condition existent in the alimentary canal, from an over acid, and ulcerations in the duodenum. In the effect as this has produced in system, we find there is the effect upon the nervous systems of the body. The body worries much as respecting the character of the condition, as well as those changes as have been necessary in its activities through the disturbance.

4. The NERVE centers themselves show disorder, especially in the 6th and 7th dorsal plexus, for all of the lower end of the solar plexus centers are involved in the condition.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS, these show the effect of the blood disorder, of the circulatory system, of the effect in the liver, and the cold or low condition through the hepatic circulation; the inability of the kidneys to function with the condition apparent.

6. In meeting the needs of the conditions, WE would find at the present, or at first, we would administer those of the medicated ash for the segregation of the tissues as cause the distresses in system, and to reduce the temperature and to allow - through application of the ultra-violet light, after giving same - the releasing of oxygen for the whole system, clarifying the blood in same and aiding the body in and to better assimilations.

7. We would, then, after this has been taken for at least ten days to two weeks, change the surroundings and use such applications as will assist in setting up drainages sufficient in the system to eliminate the poisons from liver and kidneys, THROUGH absorption, and through the high state of eliminations through alimentary canal, as would be set up - but we would necessarily have to put the applications of same under different environments, using those oil packs as stimulate the liver - using those of the salts and their contingents for packs externally over those places in the side AND kidneys, as will stimulate the action for those.

8. The first, though, we would give those of the ash - in the quarter grain; these being emptied - that is, the capsule of same - in water. PREFERABLY, this would be better in half carbonated and half plain water.

9. The diet - be mindful that those are of almost all pre-digested nature, and are alkalin in their reaction. Do that, for the present. We are through.
