Time of Reading Clark Hotel, 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Los Angeles, Calif.

  1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [5540], of the Clark Hotel, Los Angeles, California, and the reading which was given for him on the morning of May 14, 1929, [5540-3], regarding the estate of his aunt. You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding this.

  2. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [5540]. This we have had before. Also the information as has been given the body, as transcribed for same. The conditions as surround these, we do not find changed materially from that as has been given, though - through the attorney that the body has negotiated with, there will be an opportunity to spend moneys for little to be gained through same. Those whom the body would be able to induce to be willing to change, or make concessions as regards individuals from portions of that set forth in will, and those conditions as surround same, are of the Board, as has been given. Two of these, at least, may be influenced, but we do not find this creating other than dissension and of those elements that cause contention, loss of faith, confidence, and such.

  3. Ready for questions.

  4. (Q) Was the continued suggestion mentioned in answer number 2 in reading made by her attorney? If not, give name of person who did? (A) Attorney for the group to whom the greater portion of contingencies, or of moneys were given in charge of. See, these are held as contingencies to the actions and activities of individuals, see? as respecting the use or usages of certain properties, holdings, or belongings. The individuals are approachable, yes - but, as given, this will only cause contentions.

  5. (Q) Give name and addresses of those who may be paid, as mentioned in answer number 6 in reading. (A) Those of the Board of the individual group into whose hands the holdings are to be administered through and from.

  6. We are through.
