  1. EC: Yes, we find the body is developing, or the conditions are becoming more and more normal.

  2. If there are those precautions as has been indicated for the body kept up, in the next two or three days the body should be able to resume normal activities.

  3. Keep up the exercise and be mindful of the diet AND the eliminations.

  4. Ready for questions.

  5. (Q) What should he eat now, since he has such an appetite? (A) Any of the food values that do not make too great a mixture of proteins AND starches.

Either of these taken as a meal is very good. Their combinations, as with each body, are the disturbing factors.

  1. (Q) Is the body free from the poisons and acid condition? (A) If it were entirely, we would not insist that there be kept eliminations and proper precautions in the activity. Some are still indicated. Hence the use of those that keep a little above normal.

  2. (Q) Will Monday be too soon to return to work? (A) That would depend upon the activities, but we would say Tuesday or Wednesday would be better. Tuesday, at least.

  3. (Q) Any other advice for the body? (A) Take the precautions as has been indicated, if we would keep the better physical forces for this body.
