This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 28th day of April, 1930, in accordance with request made by those in charge.

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5562] - this we have had before. Now, we find the general physical conditions are on the improve. While there are periods when there seems to be distortions, or the activities that are manifest - physical and mental - not just in the way as desired; yet these are continuing in the proper direction. Then, we would keep MUCH of that as has been already outlined, both as to the manipulations, the vibrations, the activities, as to keep the body in that of the alkalin reaction as respecting the assimilations. Also those positive, but not erratic methods as CONTROLLING the mental activities and the physical exertions or exercises of the body. In the matter of the diet, this may be changed to meet the needs of the conditions, especially as respecting all character and nature of eliminations in the system. These, however, are in accord - or should be kept in accord with that being accomplished. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Would you advise mother to go home and leave body here? (A) Were there someone that had particular charge - not necessarily individual - but PARTICULAR charge OF the activities, WELL. WITHOUT same, no.

3. (Q) Name specific change that should be made in diet. (A) That should be made more to the eliminations, both as to the drosses from the system physical and the drosses from the system as related to developments of the body.

4. (Q) Does the body get enough outdoor exercise? (A) As the weather and climatic conditions are improved, would be well that there were specific or DEFINITE exercises, definite tasks - not as tasks, but rather as things to be done, conditions and acts to be performed. THESE would be well.

5. (Q) Why is body so irritable with mother? (A) The suppressions of the body, and the body attempting to find self-expression.
