This psychic reading given by Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of May, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [5611] through Mr. [137].

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 3:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5611]. This we have had here before. Now, in the physical forces of the body we find changes in many respects from that as we have had before. Some have been for the betterment of the physical conditions, yet there are many of the basic or causation conditions as are, in a more or lesser degree, apparent still in the system; especially that as respecting the acidity as exists in the low vitality in the blood supply, in the incoordination of eliminations produced on account OF the disturbed circulation, as well as of the conditions as existent as respecting the deflation of the system in some respects, and of the alterations in the assimilations in the system.

2. With that of the drainages set up in the system, especially through the correction of conditions existent in the cerebro-spinal system; with the change in the vibratory forces in the nerve system, especially from those ganglia through which the application of the sinusoidal would give that alteration necessary to produce better incentives to the various portions OF body where disturbance has been given; and following closely for the time BEING that as has been given - we would begin the correction of the causes of disturbance.

4. (Q) Can the treatments be followed out at home properly? (A) Might be followed out, but would be better that the conditions as have been given for the correction be followed, with those appliances that may only be had in that place where the corrections are made in the manner as given, until at least the BEGINNING of the correction is begun, see?

5. (Q) Of how long standing is this condition? (A) This has been of quite considerable LENGTH of time in formations in the system, but the condition as has been reflected in the system as to cause the greater DISTURBANCE has not been of as long duration; but the seat or the CAUSE of the conditions must be removed, not merely the SYMPTOMS of conditions.

6. (Q) Where should the sinusoidal be applied? (A) In the 2nd and 3rd DORSAL plexus and in the 4th lumbar plexus.

7. (Q) What diet? (A) That that is of nerve and blood building, but that which keeps an even balance, or a more tendency to the alkalin - that the building UP may be BETTERED; for with drainages set up in system, so that the coordinations in eliminations - that may prevent the formation of temperatures in body, through adhesions, or through those of lesions FROM accumulation of the extra amount of the white blood cells - THESE will be NECESSARY to be kept in the ALKALIN reaction in system, to form an even balance; for necessarily where the low or INACTIVE forces HAVE been apparent for some TIME, these will throw OFF more acid in the system, see?

8. (Q) Will the body get well if it responds to the treatments? (A) There would be no cause, or no reason why the body should not respond, as is seen in the present, and with the response the body must become near normal; for it is only a matter of creating the proper drainages, with the proper ASSIMILATIONS to build up a depleted nerve and blood supply.

WATER - Always use elm bark or saffron - pinch between thumb and finger to glass. A little colder than tepid.

OSTEOPATHIC - Twice a week correct lower dorsal, lumbar and sacral.

MASSAGE - Every day with olive oil and tincture of myrrh.

SINUSOIDAL - Every other day - 2-3 dorsal - 4 lumbar.

ULTRA VIOLET - Every 5th day. Only at 5-6 dorsal for 3-5” at longest. 48” distance.

PETROLAGAR - 1 tbs. at night. (ALK)

GLYCOLATE OF SODA - 5-10 grs. B.I.D [Twice a day]
