This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 18th day of May, 1929, in accordance with request made by his wife, Mrs. [5670] - Also by Mr. [195].

[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mr. L. B. Cayce and Mr. Linden Shroyer.]

Time of Reading 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Ohio. (Condition - cause - suggestion for relief and improvement)

  1. EC: Now, the conditions as surround this body - the weakened condition, the lack of vitality, and the septic poisonings as are forming, will be hard to meet, or hard to combat.

  2. For the relief of the PAINS, as we find, rather than that so much of the narcotics to keep the body easy, we would find were these properties used, there would be a better reaction, as WE would see, from same - and an opportunity for the active forces of those principles being given for resuscitation of strength in the body to have the opportunity to work; for while it is necessary to keep down these conditions as produce this dematerializing force in the system, it is also necessary to combat the septic forces as are presenting themselves. We would use, then, in capsule:

Eucalyptol…1 minim, Canadian Balsam…1 minim, Rectified Oil of Turp…1 minim.

This with a third of a grain of Bromide of Soda, see?

  1. Do not give more than three of these capsules. This, as we find, will operate BETTER with the conditions than too much of the narcotics. We are through.
