This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of May, 1930, in accordance with request made by self and those in charge.

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 4:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find the conditions are in a general way and manner STILL ON the improve. Such conditions as have been signified, should not be expected to respond too soon, when the conditions are in EVERY way gradually becoming more normal; though, as is indicated from the periods when the mental body and PHYSICAL body are more near in accord, the NORMALCY in response of the auditory and sensory system are more near in accord with normalcy. As these are changed in system to where these periods are more often, and less depression through mental AND physical, then more SOONER may be the ULTIMATE outcome OF that being administered for - see? Ready for questions.

2. (Q) If body leaves hospital, how often should treatments be given? (A) Body should not leave hospital PERMANENTLY as yet, though it may for a time - or a short period. A week - ten days, but the body should have SOMETHING to hold to, or dependent upon more, as YET - until such a time as more EXPECTANCY may be created in system.

3. (Q) Should treatments be given at home during vacation? (A) If body is to rest, REST. Don’t make the vacation too long.

4. (Q) Why has there been so little improvement in hearing? (A) That isn’t put properly! BETTER say, why has there been so MUCH SECURE improvement in hearing! May be said, why is there APPARENT so little improvement in hearing - APPARENT would be, as expressed from EXTERNALLY - but the body itself’s expression, except when in the depressions as my come from mental attitudes, would VERIFY the whole general condition AND hearing HAS improved!

5. (Q) Why does body hear sharp sounds and still not able to hear when called? (A) The very nature of the conditions. As will be indicated, were the body in an aeroplane, high up, it would hear PERFECTLY! When the body on an electric TRAIN, it would hear perfectly! When a body sitting still, or THINKING, it hears the least.

6. That is all the questions regarding this body.
