R1. GD’s note: I heard EC mention that the child had epilepsy, or hard convulsions, that the treatment was not followed and he died.
R2. 8/14/29 Mother of [5762], Mrs. [325], wrote: “Mrs. [327], the grandmother of your little boy patient, [758], was in to see me with her sister and wanted to know more of the work, and I told her all that I knew. I hope that he will be cured but as it is a long standing case we must hope for the best. I did not tell her of [5762], as she would have been discouraged. But as you know, had we known of your wonderful work when he fell and hurt himself, I am sure that he would have been cured just as the little [4089] boy was. [5762]‘s case was the same only he had a hard fall out of a wagon - poor boy. I always will appreciate your efforts.”
