“This is to certify that I was present with Mr. Milligan Beard when he called on Mr. Edgar Cayce for a ‘reading’ - I believe it is so classified. After Mr. Cayce’s usual manner, he explained Mr. Beard’s physical condition in all essentials, about as I and other physicians… [had explained].”
