[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mildred Davis, Mr. [333] and Mrs. [602].]
Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here, [597]; this we have had before. Not a great deal of change in the immediate.
-
As we find, if there would be brought the better condition of this body, there would be the immediate application of those things and elements in the body that will release in the system the element to combat those influences in the blood stream that have allowed the activities to become apparent which show destructive forces in the body.
-
And these, as we find, are more active in that which has been given, and with the activities make for the ability for the dissemination.
-
We would do this.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) Why did the reading - (A) (Interrupting) Would you question the reading? Then WE are through!

Reports
Reports & Follow-up
R1. 7/7/34 EC’s letter to Mr. [333]: ”…I don’t suppose it has been possible for you to see or get in touch with Mr. [[…] Mrs. [597]‘s husband], for I believe he had left before you got back, but should you hear anything I hope you would be, and are, insistent that he at least give those suggestions a trial, whether he knows what he is doing or not. The results ought to speak for themselves, as they have in so many hundreds of cases where individuals haven’t known any better than to do what the readings say - that may have been given them from a very high source, though they didn’t know it…”
R2. 7/22/34 Mr. [333]‘s letter: ”…I have not heard anything from Mr. [[…] Mrs. [597]‘s husband]. He, of course, is in Germany for an indefinite stay and those of his family who are here have not received any news from him and they do not know the address…”
R3. 8/25/34 Mr. [333]‘s letter: ”…I heard indirectly of the passing on of Mrs. [597] and I understand that the plan was to leave the body in Germany. Mr. [[…] [597]‘s husband] will arrive in N.Y. on September 7th, so I expect that I will see him soon. I have not seen nor heard from him since he went away, just before our coming down to the Beach…”
R4. 8/31/34 EC’s letter to Mr. [333]: ”…We were sorry to hear of Mrs. [597]‘s death. This was not unexpected, of course, but we are never prepared - nor are we always understanding in such things, though in such cases I’m sure most of us should feel that she is rid of her suffering and will soon be in that stage of development where the soul will be advancing more and more…”
