Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Florida. (Physical Suggestion)
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here, [608].
-
As we find, there are many changes in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. In many respects conditions show improvements, in others we find a development of a condition that might become rather serious. This is the inclination through the caecum for what may become constitutional, or neurotic appendicitis.
-
While these are not yet fully developed, the periods of the reactions through the system by poor elimination, upset stomach, headaches, temperature and the like are indications; as well as the inability of the body to retain a great deal or have an appetite.
-
Hence great precautions as we find should be taken. And if the condition continues to increase, be mindful that this does not become a chronic condition.
-
But we would begin, about each evening for two to three to four evenings, with Castor Oil Packs over the caecum and the lower portion of the liver area - or on the right side, extending low into the groin, you see. This may extend across the whole of the colon. This should be kept on for at least two changes; that is, as hot as the body can stand, and when it has cooled change again, or requiring about an hour, you see.
-
After the third day, or third period of the application, give quite a good dose of Fletcher’s Castoria.
-
Then the next day begin with a Zilatone tablet, about half an hour after each meal. Do this until there have been good reactions from same.
-
Then cleanse the area by the use of some good flushing fluid; as (for this body) Eno Salts. Take about two teaspoonsful. This would be the next day after three tablets of the Zilatone have been taken.
-
Rest a period then of a week to two weeks, and then this may be necessary to be repeated.
-
In the meantime should there arise temperature and this headache (as arises from these distresses), this had better be attended to by a surgeon. But as we find if these are followed as outlined, it should not be necessary for operative forces.
-
And then be mindful that there is no pork or ham taken, no hog meat taken by the body, you see - though a little crisp breakfast bacon occasionally may be taken, but no pork roast. No fried foods. Beware of combinations where potatoes and starches - as white bread, spaghetti or macaroni - are taken any two at the same meal, or any one at the same meals with meats. Let the meats as taken be rather fowl, fish or lamb, and none of these fried. They should be broiled, stewed or roasted, but all well done.
-
Do these.
-
Ready for questions.

We are through for the present.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 3/16/37 Mother [635]‘s ltr.: “I followed to a letter the rdg. - had results, of course. She came home from school one afternoon with a slight headache, and it nearly frightened the life out of me - that was in between the two times of the routine. She finished the last one yesterday morning and I’m sure she is better - lots - her complexion is better - she had been yellow as a dried leaf - that’s better - but still no appetite. I am following EACH suggestion - as to diet and everything. She has lost a good bit of weight which bothers me. Would you if you were me put her now on a good tonic… we all the past 2 wks. have had the flu.”
