As we find, there has been a great deal of improvement in the physical forces and physical reactions of the body.

There has been some relaxing of the necessary precautions that should be taken; some indiscretions on the part of the body as to its care for its physical reactions - in exposure and in its activities in general.

But we would not alter or change from those things that have been indicated. And if these are followed in a consistent manner - that is, having regular periods and the regular periods of rest; two or three weeks between any week period of application or treatments, and then being precautions - we should keep to near normal and physically fit.
