EC: Yes, we have the body here, [653]. The disturbances that arise in the present are from incoordinations between the eliminating systems and the assimilating system. The diet is the principal disturbance that causes the rash, the pimples under the skin, the poor eliminations at the periods, the activities in the whole of the body itself.

DO NOT eat shell fish or fish of any kind. Do not eat pork meat of ANY kind. These should be eliminated from the system.

And we would use a rub with a combination in this manner:

To 4 ounces of witchhazel we would add:
Compound Tincture of Benzoin…1 ounce, Oil of Wintergreen…1 ounce, Oil of Cedar Wood…1 ounce, Coal Oil…2 ounces.
This we would shake well together and massage into the body each evening, AFTER a violet ray treatment - which would be from the base of the spine; that is, at the end; towards the central portion of the system; from the base of the brain towards the central portion of the system, for three to five minutes. This we would pass particularly across the lumbar area, across the diaphragm, across the groin and the lower portions of the system, in the abdomen. Then we would use the massage, just what the body will absorb. This should come along the spine, and if it produces an irritation to the rash, powder same with Stearate of Zinc and chalk and the Tolu compound or the Balsam, see?

(A) As indicated; this arises from the assimilation and poor eliminations, and with the change in the diets and adhering more to the alkalin-reacting foods, we will rectify this. No white bread; no hog meat; no activities of ANY sea foods - and ESPECIALLY not shell fish. Do not eat fried foods of any kind, such as fried potatoes or the like. The potato peeling may be taken when the potato is baked, but no fried foods.
