EC: Yes, we have the impressions of those conditions that are disturbing with this body.

As we find, there has not been as close an adherence to the activities we suggested as there should have been, nor as close adherence to the diet that was indicated for the body.

We find that it would be well to follow those suggestions in toto that we have indicated; making the physical activities in every manner in keeping with those. Then we find that conditions will respond in a more definite manner.

That there are feelings at times of bettered conditions should not make the body neglect to carry on until there is the elimination from the system of those disturbing factors.

(Q) Should I continue with the use of the violet ray? (A) ALL of those things that we have suggested!

(Q) Should I repeat the oil packs? (A) ALL of those things suggested!

(Q) Are the boils I have been having due to my blood? (A) Due to the improper coordination in eliminations. And making for the activity of the organs of eliminations, through the application of those things we have suggested, in the MANNER as given, will eliminate these disturbances; causing drainages through their proper channels to be set up, thus eliminating the disturbances in the body.

(Q) What causes the dizzy and faint spells I have? (A) From poor circulation, incoordination of organs with the eliminations.

(Q) Would you suggest a diet? (A) This has been indicated for the body.

(Q) Any further advice for this body at this time? (A) Be consistent with self, as well as with the applications. Do not take those things in the system in ANY form that are detrimental, as the character of the soft drinks that are taken at times, as the activities that PREVENT the functioning of those activities that are stimulated by the applications given.

Your diet should be for the first few days as indicated in the reading; then gradually add plenty of fruits and vegetables, with liver and steak (broiled, not fried).
