This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Va. Beach, Va., this 17th day of July, 1933, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [757], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, Mrs. [757]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, while there have been some reactions that have not been at all times complimentary to the better physical condition, there IS a decided change in the general condition - and a great deal of improvement.

3. We would find that it would be well for those applications that have been given to be repeated for the body. Not as severe; that is, not as long periods; nor would these be of the nature to at any time interfere with the better activities of the body, but we will find that these will aid materially in bringing a much nearer normal reaction for the body.

4. The Atomidine should be used at this time. In THIS way and manner, as we find, would be the manner in which it would be taken in order to be more effective for the body:

5. Mornings, before any meal is taken, take three to five drops in a full glass of water. Of evenings before retiring, take five to eight drops in a glass of water, taking an extra glass of water following each dose.

6. In the matter of the diet, this in a general manner should be adhered to - and has been very good, in the most part. Be mindful that there are good assimilations with all foods taken, else adding those forces in the form of pepsin - or lacteals - that will MAKE for a better digestive activity.

7. Sugars may be used in SMALL quantities, but should never be excessive; nor sweets of ANY nature excessive for the body, else fermentation that will affect that which is being eliminated in the activity of those forces in the blood that need to be eradicated from the system.

8. The Atomidine in the manner given is to be more active upon the glands that are effective in eliminations in the system, also in aiding in creating a better balance in the hormones of that which IS assimilated in the system, by the effective activity of those glands in the lacteals, endren (?) adrenals - GD’s note: EC’s pronunciation always sounded like “endren” - at first I thought he meant endocrine, then figured adrenals.] and, ESPECIALLY, thyroids.

11. (Q) Just what are the conditions in my body now? What improvement? (A) As indicated, there is being the absorption or the starting of eliminations that are eradicating the effluvia in the blood that causes those disturbances in portions of the epidermis; and the activity of those properties that are added in GLAND activity is to make for a better balance, that this may be kept nearer normal in the system - see?

For, to produce an eradication of a disturbance that is of the nature or character of that which has disturbed this body, Mrs. [757] - as we have indicated, this is a breaking up of the cellular forces as to produce activities in the system producing irritations, that make for those breaking outs, rash, those tendencies in the body - see?

Now, to RELIEVE these, there must then be created in the glands - that secrete the various activities, that add properties to the system or take from those varied elements in the system; and these, we will find, will be added in the proper ratio if these are followed in the manner outlined.

The body, as outlined, is MUCH better.
