EC: Yes - Now we find the conditions for this body, [758], are gradually on the improve. With the proper application of the treatments as have been given, in the lumbar and sacral regions, we find BETTERED conditions through this portion of the system.

Now we would begin with those relaxations in the cervical and the head, that we may get coordination properly through the system. The condition as we find where the gland pressure, in the lower portion, gives better coordinating forces, or better memory reaction. Now we are to act directly with the SENSORY forces of the system. Know that we are dealing, then, with the SYMPATHETIC and SENSORY centers. Now we find these are not ONLY in the cervicals in their branch ends in the sympathetic, but extend as low as the 4th, 5th and 6th dorsal - but do not let the manipulations be such in the 5th and 6th as to upset the digestive system, or cause regurgitation, or the opening of the cardiac end of the stomach - but these should reach more the centers of the sympathetic, which are lateral with the cerebro-spinal, but come more with the intercostal and the centers throughout the system.
