This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 13th day of May, 1937, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [760], Member of the Ass”n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mrs. [760], Mr. [1005] and Mrs. [23].]

Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Virginia.

  1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [760], present in this room, who desires to enter the Old Gold Cigarette puzzle contest - if it is not too late - as outlined in the magazine which I hold in my hand. If it is not too late to conform to the rules and send in the answers, and if it is in accord with the highest ideals and purposes of information that may be given through this channel of Edgar Cayce, you will give the correct answer to each puzzle as I call same.

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [760]; this we have had before; also the Old Gold contest puzzle pictures.

  3. This as we find, while not wholly in accord with the rules and regulations that have been set down, if it will be completed and sent immediately it might or might not have the due consideration.

  4. But in considering conditions of this kind, it is necessary that there be given the artist who made or drew the drawings, that there may be an association or connection.

  5. While some of these are indicated, very few of them are. Hence these may not be given from here, for there must be a source, there must be a supply. These may not be given from here.

  6. We are through for the present.
