For the better development of the circulation through the head and through the upper portion of the body, each evening when ready for the retirement - for at least a period of ten days to two weeks - we would massage with cocoa-butter along the upper dorsal and cervical area. The vibrations of this with the muscular system and with the blood supply will prevent the congestions in the area, that would make for disturbances.

The diet is very well balanced.

The activities are kept in a very good manner. We would only be mindful that there are not those reactions that make for any congestion through the digestive system.
