EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. Now we find there are many changes in the physical forces of the body since last we had this here. Some have been entirely changed, some have become accentuated in certain ways. Those conditions that disturb the body at the present time are the improper elimination and the assimilation of the body toward those conditions that produce the rebuilding within the physical functioning of the body. Hence that indication to feel the tired effect after the least exertion, and the permanent pain in the portion of the system, and distress of the ability for the system to resuscitate, through forces as are made dormant by this assimilation of the blood and nerves toward the vitalization of the blood, in eliminating and rebuilding, in supplying the needs for the regeneration of the body over this defective condition. Then it would be necessary to meet the needs of the assimilation and of elimination of the blood and nerve centers.

But one of those factors to chiefly consider is the diet. This would be found in chiefly the green vegetables and of those cooked vegetables that carry an amount of iron, and such as found in the green vegetables such as celery, spinach and all such vegetables. No sugar, as too much carbon must not be created when proper eliminations are to be established. Not too much stimulation of coffee or tea, but tea would be preferable over coffee. Drink Bulgarian milk or milk fresh from the cow with the animal heat. Should this turn the system then take the Bulgarian milk.

Properties as to revitalize the blood and the nerve system will be found in that known as the Radium Appliance, which may be obtained from the Radium Appliance Company, Bradbury Building, Los Angeles, California. Wear the double X pad across the solar plexus region and recharge the pad in light or sunshine at least once each day.

When these directions have been followed for sixty days, then we will give further directions for the complete resuscitation of the physical forces for the body in [81].

Take as much outdoor exercise as is possible in sunshine. Should the sunshine seem to produce headaches and strain on eyes, these conditions will be found to be remedied by wearing dark glasses or shading the eyes. The vitality as caused from the sun will be effective toward vitalization of the body.

Exercise the lower limbs in the evening and the upper portion of the body in the morning, but both in moderation.

(Q) Enumerate things in the vegetable line that should be completely eliminated from the diet. (A) Eat green vegetables as much as possible. Fruits should be taken in moderation, but not apples unless cooked done, that will assimilate.

(Q) What is the cause of the stomach trouble and of the indigestion, and what seems to be the reason of the pains there? (A) This is an effect and, in time, with the devitalization of the blood and nerves and reflexes, the pain is caused by poison obtained through the indigestion of the system. Take one charcoal tablet occasionally, preferably those made in Battle Creek Sanitarium, Battle Creek, Michigan. Pain in the lower portion of the stomach is produced by the over-acid condition as comes from juices secreted in the system, and has been termed laceration. Such is the effect of improper vitalization of the nerves and blood. Application of instructions given here will find these to disappear. Then we will give from here further instructions after sixty days of following of this diet and of use of the XX Radium pad.
