This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the David E. Kahn home, 44 West 77th St., Apt. 14-W, New York City, this 30th day of March, 1935, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [811], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Hugh Lynn Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]

Time of Reading 4:25 to 4:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [811].

  2. While the conditions have improved somewhat, these are not as well as they should be for this body. There has been somewhat of an overanxiousness, and too strenuous have been some of the manipulations.

  3. For this body, we would CHANGE from this manipulator. We would use another; rather that which will give more of a GENTLE massage and not try to break the spine all to pieces at times because it does slip from one side to the other! These should be taken more GENTLY, in making for the corrections, so that the body does not grow so tired! For, as we find, the body is much more tired when it should be rested from sleep than after it has been up a while, and after it has been working for half a day! This should not be.

  4. We would use rather, then, the massage of a NEUROPATH, WITH the GENTLE correction. And we would change from the one manipulating to one that would give the neuropathic treatment, and that would use an oil massage with same - combined in this manner:

  5. To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil, we would add:

Olive Oil…1 ounce, Cedar Wood Oil…1 ounce, Witchhazel…1 ounce, Oil of Wintergreen…1 ounce, Sassafras Oil…1/2 dram.

These will separate, but before used (and let the one making the neuropathic massage and corrections also use this, about twice each week) shake together and massage into the spine just what the body absorbs. This will tend to make for strengthening of the muscular forces about each segment.

This will tend to relieve the pressures that have, with such strenuous treatments along the spine, tended to make for an overactivity in the eliminations at the time or periods of excessive activity in this direction.

  1. These, with the rest of the applications that have been suggested, would be the more helpful for this body, [811].

  2. For these manipulations we would take Wahlen, 2006 Columbia Road; about twice or three times a week, and let this be preferably in the evening, so that the body does not have a great deal of exercise outwardly after such treatments, see?

  3. (Q) In the past, hot wet towels - (A) (Interrupting) Leave these off. Follow these suggestions as we have outlined; as well as the diet and the rest of the treatment outlined before.

  4. We are through with this reading.

Copy to Self (two copies; one for Dr. Ada Wahlen [D.C., N.D.], 2006 Columbia Road - She could come to your home for the treatments in the evening I’m sure, if you prefer. GD.) ” ” Ass’n file
