1. EC: Yes. As we find, there is little that may be other than help for the immediate unless there can be created that which will produce a better coagulation in the blood supply. The drainages have stopped in many of the centers which tends to make for the accumulations in portions of the torso and affect the brain activity and the nerve forces in the system from the loss of strength and vitality through the blood loss in the system - internal.

2. As we would find, that most helpful in the immediate would be the use of the deep therapy light that would come from either the Cooper Hewitt (?) or the mercury quartz light; this given two or three times each day across those areas in the central portion of the blood and nerve system or over the secondary cardiac plexus area - for three to three and a half minutes twice each day. And a rub that would be combined from oils in this manner:

3. To 4 ounces of Olive Oil as a base, add:

Tincture of Benzoin…1 ounce, Oil of Cedar Wood…1 ounce, Kerosene Oil…1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras…1 dram.

Shake this together and after each of the applications of the light, massage this along not only the cerebro-spinal system for the stimulation especially in the lumbar, the solar plexus, the brachial and upper cervical, but also across the diaphragm.

4. Should the body respond to this by Friday, this week, we would give further instructions.
