This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 3rd day of September, 1936, in accordance with request made by the self, through his niece, Mrs. [601], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. L. B. Cayce.]

Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [862]; this we have had before.

  2. As we find, conditions show the improvement in relation to the applications of those suggestions as have been made.

  3. While there will not be seen a great deal of difference in the blood test, this will show that the reactions have begun to show less of those infectious influences. And especially will it be seen that the activity of these as related to the interference in the circulation and impulse to the vision is improved.

  4. While it will be necessary a little later for a change in the manner of administrations, especially of the manipulative forces as stimulate the circulation to the organs of the sensory system, for the present we would continue that which has been outlined.

  5. Be, as has been indicated, most persistent and consistent. The adherence to the diet is necessary.

  6. And these as we find should eradicate the disturbances from the system.

  7. Ready for questions.

  8. (Q) Is this condition contagious to my children, wife and friends, through daily contact? (A) Infectious; not contagious.

  9. (Q) Are eggs advisable as part of diet? (A) If the yolks are taken, these may be very good; not too much or too often. If the yolk is taken, cook same. If the whole egg is to be used, to use same without cooking is the better. If cooked, eat the yolk only.

  10. (Q) Can small quantity of bread be had when no-other starchy vegetable is prepared for dinner during evening meal? (A) This is very well, provided it is of the rye, whole wheat or corn bread.

  11. (Q) Having to work quite hard, I feel weakness during the day. (A) These will be the natural results, but if there is the adherence to those things given, we would eliminate and we will find very soon that the strength and vitality will be restored.

  12. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Do this at this time.

  13. We are through with this reading.
