As we find with this body, [862], rather acute conditions have arisen - from these sources or causes:

With the keeping in the system of those activities and properties as would purify and cleanse the blood stream from impurities, there was a RENEWING through the activity.

Then the breaking OVER, or taking into the system properties that were at variance to those things indicated for the body, produced rather an acute condition; which has arisen and is shown in the lower extremities, where foreign substance from old injuries makes for conditions of accumulations about same.

Hence we would find the NECESSITY of operative forces that there may be the removal of not only the sac but of the properties themselves.

And then the applications and the keeping of those things for purification of the body and of the system itself.

(Q) What is the foreign object which the X-Ray shows? (A) As has been indicated, something from outside. A portion from the old injury. Metal.

(Q) Is this condition Synovitis? (A) Call it what you will! It is that which has been indicated; the overtaxing of the system when there was a renewing, and it is the fluids of the system gathering about or localizing in the attempt to ward off conditions - but they have become so exercised as to segregate. And as inflammation arises it is necessary, as has been indicated, for operative forces.

R1. 10/12/37 Mrs. [601]‘s letter: “I am also enclosing a check for [862]‘s reading. He is in the Government Hospital under observation and they haven’t completed their x-rays and other tests to decide what to do. The reading indicates that the injections for the blood condition which his doctor has been giving him are the cause of this condition. So it goes. He stopped using the Wet Cell Appliance because his wife cannot understand the purpose for same and here again he must meet his own results.”
