1. EC: Now, for the physical condition as we find in the body at the present time, to give an understandable condition we must give those relations between the existing conditions and when we had them before, and when the application was first applied to the body, and those conditions that have arisen in the body since then, that we may understand the present condition. While the apparent condition, or the condition at present, is worse than that when we had this body at first, the actual existing condition in the body is better. With the application here of the ray applied (which was not as that given) there has been caused in the first cervical center, or that connection between the pineal nerve, pneumogastric nerve, sympathetic nerve (both ends) and the cerebro-spinal in its entrance to the cerebellum oblongata, the reaction and the apparent contraction of these nerve centers in attempting to find their respective reaction in the brain center; all of the organs and portions of the whole physical body then being involved in this condition, for the correct ray, or the ray as given, was not accorded the body, but that carrying the radium ray, or that of the uranium effect created in the reaction of nerve tissue in the gray tissue, without the corresponding reaction in that of the white. Hence the continual reaction in voluntary forces of head and neck from this plexus. The condition produced in the system from the first to be overcome is in a better condition. Manifestations through the mental, that is the mind forces, is taxed on account of the action to the sympathetics of the pineal becomes depression through the whole system, especially to those of the organs that are governed by the nerve center. Hence the activity of kidneys, of liver is changed, you see. In the pneumogastric all nausea that comes with the continuation becomes apparent. This is the condition as we find in the physical relative to the application as has been made.

2. Now, to overcome these conditions as exist in the present, we would treat or direct the nerve and tissue and the centers stimulated in quite a different manner than that given in the condition to be directed before. That is from the present condition. Through deep manipulation (osteopathically) from the first cervical, fifth cervical, first dorsal, third dorsal, solar plexus, lower lumbar region, as it were, by this manipulation remove that strain from this center, and then begin by rejuvenating the centers that we will add to the system, taking then (after this has been given for some fourteen to eighteen treatments, osteopathically) this:

3. To fifteen ounces of distilled water, add: 15 grains Chloride of Gold and 10 grains Bromide of Soda.

4. The dose with this will be ten minims in half a glass of water twice each day, nine and three should be taken.

5. When this has had its reaction in the system, we will give the condition to be assisted.
