GC: You will have before you the information as has been given regarding Hudson Motors. You will correlate that with the existent conditions and tell us what would be the outcome, and WILL this still go high, and what price?

EC: Now, we find there has much been given from many sources as regarding this individual stock. These, as correlated with the existent conditions, give that condition as we have outlined as regarding the pooling of interests in respect to same, and of that condition arising that has been given, and there will be seen, with this combination, that this will rise to at least 176 at THIS time - see? Then, there may be an expected deflation (?), see? The condition, then, is to come, as has been given. Ready for questions.

(Q) Would it be well for [900] and [137] to enter in this pool? Or, would it be better that they disregard this and get out of this stock entirely, and into rail? (A) This combine, this pool as has been offered, presents the same recourse to the advantage in the two rail stocks, as has been given, especial. Then, WHY NOT be in that position where the advantage of both may be taken. See? Then, WE would give, be well. Be wary of too high a price in [and] the deflating (?) prices in May.
