1. GD: You have before you the reading given September 2nd, 1924, [900-2] on [900], % Wm. E. Lauer & Company, 74 Broadway, Room 401, New York City, N.Y. Has the specific lead been given as mentioned in this reading, and is it the one made by Lucius Greve?

2. EC: Yes, we have this reading and this body here. We find the specific lead has been made, that one made while the body, [900], was considering and studying the conditions as outlined in the reading given. This we find is that one offered through Lucius Greve - G-R-E-V-E - yes, this is correct. Follow that lead. We will have some unexpected developments. We will find through this great amount of monies will come to this body, [900].

You told me the lead given me by ‘Lucius Greve’ would result profitably and that some wonderful development would come about in this stock. The stock Greve recommended was ‘St. Louis and San Francisco Rail Road’, then selling at 28. It is now selling at 31, and word was received today that directors would meet next Wednesday, Oct. 1, to decide whether or not to pay a dividend on the preferred stock. You are to be congratulated on this and I surely appreciate your work. Can you now follow this up by telling me if this directors’ meeting is the wonderful development alluded to in your reading, or if greater things are in store for ‘St. Louis and San Francisco R.R.’? Will ‘St. Louis and San Francisco’ common stock, now selling at 31 reach higher price level, or has the predicted development come about and this common stock reached its high price for the time being. In short, here are questions following up your original reading:
