GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], of … St., N.Y. City, and the information that was given regarding White Motors. You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.

EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900] - this we have had before.

Now, information as has been received as respecting White Motors - this, while presented in a manner as those of other commodities, or other stock quotation, there was not the same kind of command as respecting these, and - as seen in that information given - this was purposely left out, and those conditions surrounding others were given.

Now we find, with the varied conditions as have existed, this has not acted in a satisfactory manner; yet, with the reports and with conditions as surround the meeting of these organizations as control same, we will find the sudden advance in to-day, to-morrow, the next day, in respect this particular stock. While on or about the 8th we will find irregularities again setting in. Well, then, that one be well out of the market by Saturday, until after the 8th, see? This pertains to most, or the general issues - see?
