Now we find the general physical conditions of body are not much changed from that as we have had here before. There are still those indications of the unequaled conditions existent in the eliminating centers, or as may be illustrated - the liver and kidneys are as poles of the system, especially of the hepatic circulation. The kidneys show overactivity through the unbalanced condition existent in the system, and produced - as has been given - by the stimulation of the system in a manner as to overact on the sympathetic system. Hence those conditions as were given as medicinal properties to bring about a counter-balance in the system. These have not as yet been applied. Well were these taken for the system, and watch the diet. Do not overtax the body mentally nor physically. Well that regulated exercises physically be taken, and the curtailment of the mental gymnastics of the body, or mental body - as it were. The body should not take any foods that would add to the mental activity sympathetically to the kidneys. No organic - rather functional conditions, as has been outlined. Coca-Cola be very well for the body to take as stimulant once in a while. This will reduce the activity in this direction. Do not become subservient to any such condition, but rather as an alternative until properties as have been outlined would be taken. Ready for question.

(Q) Is the albumin on the decrease or increase in the urine? (A) There is little change. On the decrease. This, as has been given, would be shown by the variations as would exist were the tests made from time to time. This on decrease. Or, as would be seen with one bottle of Coca-Cola for two days, none would appear. Leave this off and we would find sedimentary, and some albumin. Beware of eggs, meats. More of the vegetables as of lentils, beans, spinach, collards, kale, or such. Little fish occasionally, but none ever fried. Gefilte [Gefuellte? fish] is well, provided not spiced too highly. Little fowl - preferably through game, as wild duck, hare, squirrel, partridge, or such - see?
