This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 4th day of January, 1929, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [900].

Time of Reading 7:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Dream Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900] - this we have had before. The dreams, the visions, the impressions, come through those channels as has been outlined and designated, and should be applied or used in the experiences, as has been indicated. Ready for dream.

2. (Q) Night of January 2nd or 3rd, 1929. My father was talking. He said, “The market will be at the low of the year on Saturday morning.” (A) This as the indication that there will be at this time the attempts, or the tendency of an off on all, or most, of those quotations. Hence, as seen, well that in the first reaction period in the present day that those advantages held by the body be taken advantage of, and be out. Not that there is just YET the heavy decline, yet this will occur later, and will the body keep self in attunement through the channel as has been indicated for the body, same may be applied in the experiences of the body. DO that.

3. (Q) Does that mean we should sell out everything? What time would be a good time to do it? (A) As given, the first reaction - or the opening. There are tendencies in many of low in those held where advantages are had. Dispose and be out of same for the present, until there has been that experience that would indicate other action to be taken.

4. (Q) I was sitting in school with [137]. The teacher was there. He asked us some questions. I answered a question and said, “I’m in partners with my brother on the Stock Exchange,” and [137] interrupted me in irritable fashion, “That’s Pop.” Then he showed me a very ugly looking individual, a rather ferocious looking sort of person. All the others cleared away. The teacher gave me a glove turned inside out. Inside that glove was protection against the individual. We ran out into the hall trying to escape. It seemed to be a shrewd sort of individual - tried to misrepresent himself.

(A) This as indicated, that experiences and lessons are being gained by the individuals seen - yet there were, or are, sources through which there may be questionable interpretation and questionable individuals that are able to misrepresent, yet giving at times indications of that that may come about. There is seen that the individuals - [900] - [137] - are in accord in many ways; yet even THEY may be led astray by the application of mispresenting or misrepresenting of the various phases of phenomena. These refer, then, to information that causes much disturbance in their minds. Well, then, that the protecting glove - that may be turned inside out, or that may cover much - [GD’s note: Edgar Cayce just here had a coughing spell, after which he waited a bit and then said,]
