EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900] - this we have had before. The dream, as we seen, the presentation to the body of conditions existent, and WILL be existent, as respecting tractions - the Brooklyn - the whole of the I.C.R. Traction Company; for with the attempted gains or recouping in many directions, this will be among those changing most in the upward attempt, and would be then the buy.
