EC: Yes, we have the body, [908]; this we have had before.

As we find, conditions sre still at times somewhat distressing; yet we find the basis and those conditions which may make for better eliminations of the poisons in the system, and for those activities throughout, are somewhat improved. There has been some activity in the glands from the properties that have been indicated; and these are well, if the general conditions now are taken advantage of.

First, we would be quite mindful of the eliminations through the alimentary canal. As we find, we would take SMALL doses of Olive Oil OFTEN; about half a teaspoonful every hour or so, for periods two to three days at a time. And at the end of each two to three day period, take a tablespoonful of the Russian White Oil or Usoline - or even more. These, we find, would be most helpful.

Also it would be well to have the enemas regularly, that WILL cleanse the colon.

During the present rest period from the Atomidine, we would - every single day, just before retiring - massage into the glands about the breast and along the whole of the mammary glands, under the arms and across a portion of the breast, a compound prepared in this manner and proportion:

To 1 ounce (by weight) of Plantain, just rinsed off and bruised or grated very fine, add 4 ounces of CREAM skimmed from the milk, see? Mix this thoroughly together and let it come to a boil, preferably in an enamel container. Let it boil for just half a minute, AFTER it has begun to boil, stirring it most of the time. Then set aside to cool.

Do not use this quantity for more than two days, or two applications. Massage this, not too great a quantity but sufficient, over the portions that give pain and over the mammary glands, and over the portions of the body as indicated.

After the massage has been used for five to six days (preparing a new quantity every other day for the massaging, you see; and if a portion of it is laid ON the body for a while it is not amiss, though it is better for it to be massaged in as a salve, and then a cloth placed over same), then we would begin with the Atomidine again and take this for eight to ten days. Then leave off the Atomidine and begin the massage or rub again. Continue alternating in this manner.

We would begin also immediately with the Animated Ash; a QUARTER grain taken internally every OTHER day. Empty the Ash from capsule dry on tongue and wash down with water. Five to six minutes after it has been taken, we would apply the violet ray over the CEREBROSPINAL area (not over the frontal portion, but the cerebrospinal area), and keep it over the upper portion of the body (spine) for five to eight minutes.

With the diet we would keep near in line with the alkalin-reacting foods.

Occasionally - that is, once or twice a week or something of that nature (just so as to work with the system and make for the CLARIFYING of the body) - we would have the Epsom Salts baths and rubs, that we may overcome this poison.

The Ash would be continued throughout the periods of both the rubs and the Atomidine, regularly, as indicated, until we find a great change in the physical reaction.

Do these and, as we find, we would bring the better conditions for this body.
