Time of Reading 3:50 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had before.

2. There are some little improvements; that is, not such excruciating pains, though not a great deal of consecutive movements have been indicated - but there is not quite so much stiffness.

3. As we find, we would now - in the present - leave off the Gold and Soda solutions, in the immediate.

4. Begin, though, with Atomidine (this to make for a variation in the gland activity) in this way and manner:

5. Begin first with one minim before the morning meal and one minim before retiring at night, taken in half a glass of water. Each day increase the amount one minim until eight minims are being taken morning and evening.

6. Then leave off for a week.

7. Then take the Gold and Soda solutions again, as they have been used heretofore, for a period of a week.

8. Then leave off for a week.

9. In the meantime take the Salts Baths that have already been indicated, you see, so that we may even SWEAT the Atomidine THROUGH the system; so that we will find the bath towel, when rubbing off, will be almost yellow - as the poisons are taken from the system.

10. We would prepare a rub to be used after the baths (but take the baths just as they have been given), of THIS nature in the present, in place or instead of the other oil rub as first given:

11. To 6 ounces of Olive Oil as the base, add - in these proportions:

Russian White Oil…1 ounce, Kerosene Oil…1 ounce, Spirits of Camphor…1 ounce, Cedar Wood Oil…1/2 ounce, Compound Tincture of Benzoin…1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras…1/2 ounce.

12. These will tend to separate in their solution as they stand. Before the massaging into the body, shake WELL together. And it’s best to not have it sealed too tight when it’s shaken! No, it won’t explode, but it’ll fume.

13. Then pour a small quantity into an open container and massage the locomotory centers and the LIMBS, especially, with same; rubbing this well into the body, over the area of the sacral and the lower lumbar, the brachial, and especially along the limbs to the toes and lumbar - AWAY FROM the body, see?

14. Do that; keeping the diet much as has been indicated.

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) How long before I should be able to walk? (A) Should be able to make some movements towards the walking, we find, in less than six weeks.

17. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) Do this as indicated for the present.
