GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

EC: Yes, we have had this body before.

As we find, there are those tendencies in the present towards arthritic, neuritic-arthritic conditions, or lymph arthritis; which we find indicated in the swelling in joints of fingers, wrist, elbow, knees and feet at times.

There are the needs, first, for about three to five good hydrotherapy treatments. These should include colonic irrigations. Rest after these have been taken. And we would take these general treatments about twice a week until three or four have been taken, though the colonics should be at least a week or ten days apart.

After resting from these treatments for about a week, begin taking small quantities of Atomidine; one drop in half a glass of water each morning before breakfast for a week at the time. Then leave off for a week. Then take three drops each morning for five days. On the fifth day take ten drops.

THEN (not before) have an Epsom Salts Bath, using almost a saturated solution; twenty pounds of Epsom Salts to fifty gallons of water. While the body is in this Bath, do massage the hands, the arms, the limbs and the feet.

When the body is sponged off from the Bath, give a thorough massage with an equal combination of Olive Oil (heated) and Tincture of Myrrh.

Then the body may be normal for two to three to four weeks.

Then we would repeat all of these.

As the body increases the raw vegetables, decrease the amount of meats or fats. Refrain from any carbonated drinks, hard drinks, or any that has hops or any of those stimulants. Do increase the raw vegetables and vegetable juices daily.

Increase the eliminations.

For the disturbances in the sphincter muscles in the rectal area, we would inject this combination of oils: Put 2 drops of Carbolic Acid in 1 ounce of Glycerine, then add 2 ounces of Usoline or Nujol. Mix or stir very, very thoroughly. Divide this into two quantities. Inject half of it into the rectal area, using an ear syringe.

Then apply a salt pack over the lower portion of the cerebro-spinal area each evening for three to four evenings. Make this about half an inch thick with salt, making this into a quilted pad that may be heated in the oven, or the like. Lay this where the body will lie on it for twenty to thirty minutes.
