This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 22nd day of July, 1930, in accordance with request made by those in charge.

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 9:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [952]. This we have had before. Conditions are on the improve, as to the better cooperative forces in the system. The tendency of the DISSOLVING of those conditions as make for the stiffening, and for the hardening, through the creation of silicon and calcium in the system, shows improvement. WE would not change from those applications as has been given for these corrections. We would be a little more CONSISTENT in the APPLICATION of all of those given, and we would keep the eliminations - as related to alimentary canal, to the kidneys, to the respiratory system, to the capillary circulation - more IN accord with that given. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) What treatment for excess of uric acid in blood? (A) As has just been indicated, as has just been given in the first - as outlined, these are necessary to be dissolved, that they may be ELIMINATED from the system. DO NOT stimulate one excretory system at the EXPENSE of another. Be persistent and consistent with the applications, and we will find the gradual decline in this excess.

3. (Q) What treatment for ptosis of viscera? (A) This the same conditions as we have just given, that the EXCESSES as show in the various portions of system - with the CHARACTER of the applications as given, are for the general relief of all the varied effects as are produced. Keeping a near normal balance will keep that as will be best towards the proper corrective forces for the body.

4. (Q) Is diet correct? (A) Diet is very good. While these need to be changed, or altered at times - but keeping in the GENERAL manner as has been outlined, keeping from system those things that tend to make an excess OF the conditions as are TROUBLING in the eliminations.

5. That is all the questions regarding this body.

R2. 8/15/67 Daughter’s ltr. requested copy of her rdgs., saying: “She suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and I remember she went to the Cayce Hospital to discuss this, in about 1929-30 or perhaps ‘31. If she did have a rdg. would a copy be available to me? I would like so much to know this. She died in 1953.”
