Ready for questions.

(Q) Is the ultra violet ray lamp, or sun lamp which we are using, alright? (A) Alright, provided it is not given for too long a period.
-
(Q) For how long a period should this be given? (A) A minute or a minute and a half; three to five minutes after the Ash has been given.
-
(Q) Would the violet ray be better? (A) Use the lamp already being used.
-

Dear Miss […]-
We have been quite anxious about Miss [973]. I know it is asking a great deal, but if you find the opportunity we would be very glad to have a letter from you. I wish it had been practical or so that you could or would have asked for the reading long ago; it might have been of a great deal of help.
Hoping, though, to have been of a service, and assuring you of our desire to be of help whenever possible - hoping you will not hesitate to call on us at any time, I am - praying for the very best,
Sincerely, [signed] Edgar Cayce

I’m sorry I did not answer this letter sooner but sister, [973] left us the 2nd day of September and we’ve just run across this and your last reading which came about the time of her death and was put away. I’m sorry we did not call you sooner but I told Mrs. [272] why I didn’t write you last March or February. It was that she was expecting the last reading which I understood was asked for in December. However her condition was of so grave a nature and all that unless we’d know as far back as the first of last year it is probable nothing could have been done. The real cause was never satisfactorily found by our physicians but the real seriousness of her condition was not discovered until it was too late to do anything - I’ll remember you with a check for last Reading sometime but since you suggested waiting I’ll do so until we get out of such a strain.
With best wishes I am,
Yours sincerely, […]
