As we find, there are those inclinations for the body to overtax itself, and to forget the disturbances which have existed in the gall duct and the eliminating areas.

If there would be the applications just occasionally of the Castor Oil Packs, followed with a large dose of Olive Oil, and then the use of the low electrical forces as we have indicated for a few days, we should find quite a bit of help and aid, reviving and resuscitating the body.

Also we find that the relaxations especially through the areas from the 9th dorsal downward would be helpful; gently but specifically, and especially in the lumbar axis and the sacral area.
