  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement and relief of the body. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

  3. Now, we find the body gently, and generally, on the improve, and needs only to be careful with the eliminations, as should be kept near normal, and keep the massage for the cerebro-spinal system, keeping an equilibrium between the eliminations of the body. Well that the liver be stimulated, especially, in the manipulations through the leading of the incentives through solar plexus, through the brachial and radial plexus. These from the 6th to 9th dorsal, especially the brachial in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal.

  4. Drink plenty of water.

  5. Do not overload the stomach.

  6. Keep the mind active and the body in motion, with certain exercises - or those that bring the lower portions of body and the upper portions of body in activity. One in one portion of day, the other in the other portion of day.

  7. Ready for questions.

  8. (Q) What mode of EXERCISE should the body take for the legs? (A) Those of the circular motion of the body from the hips downward, lying flat on back, swinging from side to side, see? gently raising up, down, bending the legs at knee and in ankle, see? The upper portions should be the circular motion, arms, head and neck, see? These should be taken by the body IRRESPECTIVE of massages given.
