1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. We would keep in the mental and in the physical activities those things that have been indicated and suggested for this body, and we will find we will keep a very close to normal reaction, and a normal balance physically and mentally.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Is it advisable for me to see a doctor who specializes in gland conditions? (A) Not if there are those activities, those relationships in the activities, that have been indicated.

While the glandular forces make for disturbing activities at times, but keeping the mental and physical balance as has been outlined, with the adjustments, the activities in the physical and mental fields, the glands respond.

For the glands are that through which the relationships are kept established as it were between the spiritual body and the mental body.

R2. 12/24/37 Dr. Schoelles’ letter: “If you have to do a little faking please back me up in demand that Mrs. [1158] get more rest. I don’t believe she stops her activities long enough to get more than 5-6 hrs. sleep a night, a condition not conducive to good health.”

R3. 1/18/38 “Mrs. [1158] reports that she made a New Year’s resolution that she would get more sleep and so far has only stayed up one whole night. I think that is doing pretty good for her and it proved that was what she needed, as in a recent tr. corrections were obtained that heretofore have resisted all efforts.”
