This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 15th day of January, 1941, in accordance with request made by the self”s mother - Mrs. [1158], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, the responses here have been very good.

4. With those precautions as to eliminations, and the keeping of the body tending towards the better alkalinity by the diet, and the keeping of the tonic in the ADIRON, we are supplying most of those elements needed for the keeping of a balance.

5. Through the cold periods - especially in February - we find it would be well once or twice a week to stimulate the activity of the Adiron tonic by adding the Halibut Oil with Viosterol; ONE tablet twice a week - Tuesdays and Fridays. Continue the two Adiron tablets daily, you see.

6. These as we find should keep the better balance for the body.

8. (Q) Please outline upbuilding health program for the next four or five months? (A) The general exercise, the taking of plenty of the lights during dark days, - exercises in the open. The extremes as to temperatures are very well for the body. Keep the body-building forces as indicated. These as we find should keep the body in very good condition.

9. (Q) Any changes in diet? (A) Little or no changes in diet, save the addition of the Halibut tablet twice a week as indicated.

10. (Q) Are osteopathic treatments advisable? (A) Not as we find in the present, unless other conditions arise than are indicated in the present.

11. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) Keep those things indicated, and the attitudes of the body - the mental influences, the desires and purposes - kept in a normal balance.
