This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 7th day of April, 1937, in accordance with request made by the mother - Mrs. [1348], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1215].

2. As we find, while the conditions externally are apparently in the same manner as has been indicated heretofore, there are as we find helpful conditions - in that there is the creating of nerve ends and communications over the afflicted area in the cerebrospinal system.

3. Hence there is, as has been indicated, something of improvement in the activity or use of the upper locomotaries - or the arms and hands.

4. As we find, we would keep much in the manner as has been outlined for the massages and the use of the low electrical vibrations for the body.

5. But we would have also occasionally the massage AND adjustments osteopathically, though DO NOT attempt to move segments that have been injured. Preferably have a nerve specialist in the osteopathic school, you see; one that is not only an excellent anatomist or nerve specialist but that makes application by the use of the osteopathic measures; to follow these (the nerve forces) and the adjustments to the lower limbs and to the nerve ends, GENTLY - and not too deeply. Whether this is once in two weeks or four times in a month, or once a week, these would be sufficient.

6. Then keep a watch on the changes that are coming about.

7. Keep the general conditions about the body, and especially when the vibrations are applied that make for the coordination of circulatory forces for the body, make the applications to the divine forces in cooperation with those about the body to keep in attune with the Infinite; in this manner - but in the own words of the body. As has been indicated, it is the attunement of self:

9. “OUR FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN, HALLOWED BE THY NAME: THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE, ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN! FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS AS WE FORGIVE OTHERS. LEAD US IN THE PATHS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR HIS NAME’S SAKE.”
