1. EC: We have the body, the enquiring mind, [136]. This we have had here before.

2. Dreams, as we see, come to the entity through those various channels as have been outlined for the entity.

3. In that seen wherein the relative has certain stocks, and the voice or the impression comes that there is a certain period or date at which the body should dispose of or buy same - this, as seen, is the correlation of physical-mental forces, and warning, with the subconscious forces in charge. For, as seen, on the date given will be great changes in those special ones held by relative and self, and that activity as will occur between the period of present and that time will be the general fluctuation of the conditions as arise in the regular exchange of conditions. But on or at that special date there will be the greater change, see?

4. The lesson, then, the body may gain through such experiences those lessons of experience of self, subconscious, and in mental ability to correlate conditions, and the activity of same may be applied in the daily activities of the body, see?

(1) “Night of 4/24th: Said my mother [139]: ‘[140] will be alright. We are all working for her recovery here.’ Then said someone else, or my mother: ‘Yes, that is the trouble. We cannot do what we want to do - go on and develop, because we still have dear ones on earth that need our help. This keeps us close to earth. We have to always be looking after you young people.’”

(2) “Later my mother showed me this latter in emblematical fashion, showing me how the mother love I have for my baby survives in the spiritual individuality of a cosmic entity, as for example it does in her for me. Thus she gave me another lesson of the life after death and of all life, love and close relationship of loved ones - of life’s greater joy and glory depending upon service. It was as follows: I was preparing to go home to …, La., where I wanted to go. I was saying good-bye to all and my mother was packing my trunk. Seeing my baby I changed my mind about going and stayed with my baby.

“Just so my mother, loving me, her baby, stays close to earth with me although the freedom of the universe holds an alluring invitation for the application of her present spirit power. Correct?”

(3) “In the morning my mother spoke to me again, saying, ‘[140] should use the drops in her ear [See 140-21].’”
