This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 10th day of November, 1924, in accordance with request made by self - [137].

Time of Reading 3:30 P. M. Dayton Time. New York City, N.Y.

1. LS: You have before you [137] and the impressions that he received on November 5th and November 7th, 1924, between six and six-thirty o’clock P.M. You will give the correct inter- pretations of these and the lesson or instructions he is to understand from them.

[The following record of [137]‘s dreams, made by his brother, [900], was held in LS’s hand but not read to EC:]

(1) On Wednesday evening, November 5th, between 6 and 6:30: Man walking like Jesus on edge of roofs of buildings.

(2) Horse hitched to what looked like an ambulance rushing towards him.

(3) Answer to question about souls created perfect yet needing development.

Last evening, November 7th, at same time [137] had the following vision:

(1) Wet street and he had impression lamps were being cleaned from street near curb at a corner.

Will you please interpret these for him? He is very anxious and doesn’t understand them.

2. EC: Yes, we have these impressions and the lesson and interpretations from these to [137], for these are, and were, meant for his own interpretation.

3. Beginning from the first on the 5th, this we see is the meaning:

4. The highest of thought is being manifested by and through the entity entering into the mystic or psychic condition, obtaining the universal expression, but to the individual. And though the thought is of the highest it is under conditions that may become questionable to the individual, but should be taken in the manner and way as is meant, for it is shown that the Son of Man is present, even though in conditions that have the question of their import.

5. In the rushing of the horse toward the individual is indicated the help to be brought through these forces to many, and is of the physical rather than material nature - ambulance, see?

6. In the interpretation of the conditions: Necessary for perfect soul to transcend, to pass through all the trials, as is given before this entity, and it is to be weighed with the information as obtained. For in this is given the impression, the understanding, of that force or law, which the first cause, as given] is being broken through that portion of one’s taking on the form of flesh. In the ability to create other forces that must be endowed with soul, this brought the whole of the purpose of the creating of souls to magnify themselves through the flesh, as created by the two who learned the law of reproduction through the flesh. Hence the necessity of their development to pass through flesh and manifest in the earth plane that development attained in the soul’s journey through the spheres, and to the final relation with the Creator.

7. In that of the 7th, we find the ways being made clear for the reception of the truths as obtained through the touch of the infinite in the individual manifestations, and should be made clear in the entity’s mental and conscious forces.

9. All is given that the entity may, in its consciousness, gain the consciousness within of the indwelling forces that may be perfectly relied upon to guide, direct, and guard all of the earthly sojourn.

10. Keep well in that way that would give in the heart, soul and spirit, the injunction of old, as given, “May the words of my mouth, and the meditations of my heart, be holy and acceptable unto God, my redeemer.”
