This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of July, 1927, in accordance with request made by his brother, [900].

1. [900]: Now, you will have before you the body [137]. You will give him advice regarding his contemplated trip to Europe, and then answer the questions on the study of numerology that he is making, that I will ask you.

2. EC: As regarding the contemplated trip, WELL for the body, physically, mentally, financially. While there is being presented through these changes much that is not wholly set within the mind of the body as to just the correct course to pursue - oft has it been given this body, this mind, this consciousness, to rely, depend, upon that innate self within self for the correct paths to pursue regarding any condition that may be presented to same. Question not, tempt not, the spirit of self.

3. As regarding the study of numerology, as has been given, [in 900-329], see Pye. With this particular individual there will be seen - with the contact with same - some little conditions that will be hard to approach at first, SEEMINGLY. With the mention of the interest, the study, as will be presented, these will soon bring about a connection and association, a study together, proving beneficial and of great value to each. Apply through same - through these sources, and in self gain the better understanding.

4. (Q) What is meant by reference to six - double strength - in regard to decrease? Does this mean when reaching six on the decline it will go to the next series of ten downward? (A) Correct.

5. (Q) When mark-up is for effect, what special significance or effect is to be expected after such a mark-up takes place? That is, will stock immediately decline, and to any necessary figure? (A) Not necessarily will such be the result. Rather consider as given in other numbers, that the intent and purport - even though for effect - MAY be within (as the spirit of the thing) that which will prevent such a decline taking place IMMEDIATELY - but following rather the wearing off, or the change as such an effect has created in the minds of those doing the active or actual changing. Study rather along those lines of the constructive than of destructive - for, as is seen in all of numeral understanding, these are subject only to the intent or the spirit of the thing.

6. We are through for the present.
