This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia, this 2nd day of January, 1926, in accordance with request made by her son-in-law, Mr. [900].

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of Mrs. [139] of Room 413, 2nd floor, Mt. Sinai Hospital, 99th & 100th Street & 5th Avenue, New York City, and the dream this body had recently, which I will give you, or read you. You will give the interpretation and lesson as I read same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, Mrs. [139]. Now, the dreams as come to the entity are those co-relations of the physical with the subconscious presenting that emblematical condition or experience that the soul and spirit forces of entity experience through that condition it (the physical-mental) is passing, see? and the lessons for same may be used in that manner that will give strength to the body in its mental, spiritual and physical forces. Ready for dream.

3. (Q) “I saw all my children, husband and even my cook and maids - all with whom I am associated - I saw them as DEAD.” (A) This, then, as we see, the subconscious forces viewing that condition in the mind of the entity of each that is pictured in their relation to the full comprehension of the physical and spiritual life. This, then, meaning the full awakening to each, for as we see, as has been given, one (the whole force meant, see?) must die that it live again; that is, dead, then, to those conditions that prevent them (these individuals seen) from fully comprehending the forces as are manifested through the condition transpiring in this entity, and from this, then, the body should take that Strength to bear that the physical is passing through, that others may GAIN that LESSON as is being shown and experienced by each, for though the spirit is often willing, the flesh is weak. In Strength there is gained, then, the understanding, through the suffering the physical often bears, would one but make that application in the MENTAL, for, “As a man thinketh in his heart, SO IS HE.” Not the other fellow - HE, see?
