Time of Reading 11:40 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have those conditions that have been given - those disturbing influences or forces with the body, Mr. [1398].

2. In the present, as we find while conditions have been in many ways much improved, there is the inclination or tendency for the disturbances between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal circulation to become incoordinant.

3. Thus we find warnings as for the deeper circulation, as produced by those character of headaches where the organs of the sensory forces - as the ears, the eyes - partially become involved in the disturbance. The roaring in the head, the glimmer as it were at times in the vision; not always but occasionally - these with the headaches, these attendant with an upsetting of the digestive forces.

4. As we find, while to be sure this is a little slow, if the Radio-Active Appliance would be used - consistently - each evening for thirty to sixty minutes before retiring, this would be more effectual than taking internal medicines.

5. Use this consistently; not take it one day and leave it off the next. But keep the plates very clean, and circulate the attachments PROPERLY about the body; right wrist, left ankle; then the next time the left wrist, right ankle; left ankle, right wrist; right ankle, left wrist; then begin again with the right wrist, left ankle; etc., and so on around. These as we find will very soon make for such a stimulation, and an allowing of the body to rest, that the recuperative forces as will be distributed properly through the system would be more effective in removing the disturbances.
