This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 19th day of December, 1938, in accordance with request by the self through Mrs. [303], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, the weakness and the lack of vitality, - and the inability of the system to produce sufficient of vital forces produces the great weakness in the body.

4. The use of the Beef Juices as a tonic or medicine is MOST advisable, - as well as the use of egg cooked with spirits frumenti and very little sugar added; though some milk in same, of course, as strengthening forces.

5. And we would advise that at least three Codiron pellets be taken each day for the building of resistances in the system to cold, and the added vitamin forces as will arise from the use of same for better activity of the glandular system.

6. This we would do.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Any advice regarding the rest of diet? (A) This had best be in accord with the appetite - though do not overcrowd the body at any time.

Use irrigations preferable to cathartics, always, for this body.

Dear Mrs. [1409]:

We would like to bring your case history up to date, and would appreciate your filling out the enclosed blank covering your Readings. Please mention specifically the conditions in the Reading which were accurately described, and indicate the degree of relief you have secured.

I’d like for you to know more about the Expansion Program which is outlined in the enclosed leaflet. We feel that this will represent a real step forward in preserving and making possible scientific presentation of my father’s work. We want every individual who has been benefitted through the Readings to have a part in making this program a success.
