This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 14th day of May, 1938, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [1500], through Dr. Mary Miller, Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc. - letter request by Hugh Lynn Cayce, 5/6/38.

Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1500].

2. As we find, there are great improvements in the general physical forces of the body.

3. The infectious forces have been eliminated.

4. However, there are still inclinations or tendencies, and the system in combating same will need more of the vibratory forces that have assisted in eliminating those causes of disturbance.

5. These should be kept up, then; gradually letting them get farther and farther apart, you see - a few days longer elapsing before the adjustments or manipulations with the vibratory forces.

6. The injections of the Atropine we find not necessary again, unless there is irritation or the feeling of burning in the lymph circulation - or localized in some portion of the system.

7. These are as we find then necessary; and the precautions would be not to be overactive in directions that would put great physical or mental strain on the body.

8. Thus we will keep the better normal physical forces, giving the opportunity for the greater service physically and mentally of the body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) How much, if any, of cancer condition is left in blood stream at the present time? (A) As indicated, there are ONLY tendencies - and inclinations. Hence the necessity of the vibratory forces and adjustments for the eliminating or the adjusting of the system to the new vibrations in the body.

11. (Q) Has malady affected any organs or internal parts? (A) We do not find so; only the GENERAL STRAIN or weakness that would occur in any general disturbance in the system. Hence as indicated, the precautions and only the further carrying on of the vibratory forces and manipulations.

12. (Q) Will there be a recurrence of the disease at any future time? (A) This depends altogether upon the amount of irritation, or how well the eliminating is completed before there is a resuscitation of the condition.

R2. 5/25/38 EC’s letter to Miss [1413]‘s mother: “Last Monday night at a meeting in N.Y. there were six different physicians who told over 200 people their experience with the work and presented the people helped. One especially a case of cancer, cured - and by a neuropath and eclectic.”

Have before me the list of those who join with me at regular intervals in trying to be of a greater service to our fellow man - and especially to those who seek through these channels - and note that your period as you have chosen is Saturday mornings - the morning period - which is 10.30 to 11.30 E.S.T.

“Can only say THANK YOU - but trust the blessings that come to you for this service, will enrich your life in such a way that you will feel more than repaid for the effort. Know you feel a personal interest in each case, but that you may feel the closer tie - will be glad to give you the report from some of those who have been seekers at the special period you have been and are praying with us - that is if you wish to have such.

R7. 10/9/38 Letter: “Thank you again for your kind thoughts of me and I can truly say ‘I am feeling fine,’ and for which I thank God daily. In those thanksgivings are prayers for having found Mr. Cayce and having such a friend as Dr. Mary Miller, thru whom I know you.”
